All our Operators are given client-specific training so that they are always prepared for incoming calls. In fact, we encourage you to play a part in this training process, visit us at our Cambridge offices to implement a seamless handover and to get a feel for who you will be working with.

Terms of Service

Zoom Answer Call does not lock customers in with a contract, quite simply our customers stay with us because they want to, not because they have to. All we require is 30 days notice to terminate the service.
