Calls coming into our system instantaneously activate a screen-pop on our operator’s PC detailing your entire contact details; the call is answered in your Company Name or in any way you prefer.



Call information is entered directly on to a message report automatically dated and time stamped and can be immediately dispatched to you via fax, email, or as a text message to your mobile phone (even if switched off).


If preferred we can seamlessly patch calls to any location worldwide giving the impression that you are in the office (BT’s bypass divert allows us to screen your calls before patching them to you at your home/ office without installing additional lines or equipment).
