When we decided to outsource our customer services I personally combed the country interviewing several companies, first by phone and then face to face. Their ability to work without scripts and to quickly learn about a new product and industry, coupled with the fact that I now know each of the girls by name means they have become an extension of the company rather than simply a service provider.
