We engaged the services of the Zoomettes 6 months ago and it has proved to be one of the best decisions of 2012. We are a property investment company with a small staff consisting of 6 directors and staff and on occasion had only 1 person working in the office, this often being the case during staff holidays. This meant we previously engaged temporary staff to answer our telephone, which was not very cost effective as we also struggled to find productive additional work to keep the temp manfully employed. Having spoken to Chella, initially on other business, it soon became clear that the services offered by Zoom Answer Call would be beneficial to our business from an efficiency perspective and it is fair to say we wouldn’t be without them now. The Zoomettes are polite and efficient which is important to our business and it has been quite surprising to find out the number of phone calls we missed during periods when our office staffing was minimal. Zoom are great! Zoom are an essential part of our business - we simply could not do without them. When we decided to outsource our customer services I personally combed the country interviewing several companies, first by phone and then face to face.
